5.08.090 Appeals.

        Any party may file a written request with the City Clerk for a hearing before the City Manager within 10 days following a decision by the license administrator to grant, deny, or revoke a short-term vacation rental license. All appeals must be accompanied by payment of the required fee established by City Council resolution. The public shall be provided notice of the hearing consistent with the requirements of this Code. The hearing shall be opened no more than 45 days following the request for hearing being received by the City. A decision shall be made by the City Manager or designee within 10 days of the hearing. The decision of the City Manager shall be final. (Ord. 23-07 ยง 1)
