11.32.050 Exempt signs

        The following signs are exempt from the provisions of the sign code:

        A.    Those placed inside a building and are either not, or not intended to be, visible from outside of the building;

        B.    Those required by local, state or federal law or administrative or judicial order and erected by public employees performing official duties; or

        C.    Those approved through the Hillsboro Public Art Program administered by the city parks and recreation department. (Ord. 6097 § 1, 2014)
