5.16.080 Rent increases—Commission approval.
On or after March 28, 1991, no increase in space rents in excess of the amounts permitted pursuant to Section 5.16.090(A) and (B) shall be effective unless approved by the commission as set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 48U § 1, 1991; prior code § 6707)
