9.28.040 Public Accommodations – Prohibited Activity.

          It shall be unlawful for any person to do any of the following acts wholly or partially if the effect would be to discriminate against a person on account of a person’s sexual orientation and/or gender identity:

          a.   To deny, directly or indirectly, any person the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any business or place of public accommodations;

          b.   To make, print, publish, advertise or disseminate in any way, or cause to be made, printed, published, advertised or disseminated in any way, any notice, statement or advertisement with respect to any business or public accommodation which indicates that the full enjoyment of any business or public accommodation will be refused to an individual on account of the person’s sexual orientation and/or gender identity.
